Two Day Workshop:
Day One
10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m
On Day One we will spend time studying images and which ones are best suited to become a stamp. We will learn the techniques to transfer an image onto a carving block and work on rubber carving techniques that will allow for beautiful printed designs.
A delicious Mountain Maid lunch will be provided mid day. Dairy free, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available.

Day Two
10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
On Day Two students will use the stamps they created to make modern handmade gift wrap, personalized tags, cards and a special bag for beautifully presented gifts.
A delicious Mountain Maid lunch will be provided mid day. Dairy free, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available.

About Geninne:
Geninne is an artist, illustrator, and graphic designer, living in the high desert of
Santa Fe, NM at 7000 feet above sea level with her husband Manolo, their two
sons & an adorable red heeler mix named Zorro. She was born in New York, but
shortly after her parents began traveling around South America, where she lived in
seven different countries and went to several English speaking schools. She studied
architecture in Chile for a couple of years before graduating as a graphic artist in Mexico. She works in a variety of media, including watercolor, ink, and pencil.
She sews, embroiders, loves to hand carve rubber stamps and sells prints of her
watercolors at her online Etsy Shop geninne.etsy.com. She loves birds, flowers,
and has been taking photos since she was 15 years old.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds after April 20, 2016. No exceptions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing before April 20, 2016. (You may have someone else take your spot before April 20, 2016, but we must be notified in writing of all changes). In the case of acts of God, war, disaster or unforeseen circumstances, Mountain Maid Workshops reserves the right to reschedule workshops. Registration fees are non-refundable.

*Important Airfare Liability Waiver: Registered students should not purchase tickets for air fare, etc., until receiving a confirmation email from Mountain Maid Workshops. Registered students will receive an email announcement no later than April 20, 2016 to confirm that the course has met its enrollment requirements.
